AT JOADJA HISTORIC SITE

SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS  |  NSW  |  AUSTRALIA

JOADJA
DISTILLERY

OPEN THURSDAY THROUGH TO MONDAY 10AM-4PM

Joadja Distillery is in the Southern Highlands of NSW, located in an 1870’s abandoned kerosene shale mining village.

The Scottish heritage in the valley and the history of "sly grog" inspired the Jimenez family to establish Joadja Distillery in 2014 at the historic Joadja Town.

The Distillery is one of a few single malt distilleries in the world to grow their own barley and have access to natural pristine spring water on-site.

Our intention is to sustainably create and share quality spirits that are true to the character, nature and heritage of Joadja Valley.
