Single Malt Whisky, Ex-Oloroso Special Batch 58.8% abv Cask Strength

This sweet sherry bomb was double distilled in copper pot stills and matured for its full resting period in a first fill 250 litres Spanish ex-Oloroso cask. This single malt whisky has sweet caramel notes and vanilla on the nose and palate.
 
The initial sweetness of this single malt slowly makes way for the intensity of the cask strength, highly influenced by a nice balance between oak and malt. Nice and clean finish.

This is a single cask release with a limited number of bottles.
