Joadja Distillery is in the Southern Highlands of NSW, located in an 1870’s abandoned kerosene mining village. The Distillery is
one of a few single malt distilleries in the world to grow their own barley onsite and have their natural water spring.
The Scottish heritage in the valley and the history of "sly grog" inspired the Jimenez family to establish Joadja Distillery
in 2014 at the historic Joadja Town.
Currently on our fourth harvest.
Our first "Paddock to Bottle" Single Malt Whisky series is available to purchase (Release 10, 11 and 12).
The Jimenez family have tapped into their own Spanish heritage to source ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez barrels from Spain to mature their aged spirits.
Located 1km away from the distillery, is our very own pristine onsite natural spring.
We source Australian copper stills to produce our spirits and Liqueurs.
